To reheat:
-Lightly toast or warm roll
-Warm pork meatballs and lemongrass chicken on stove or microwave
-Arrange sliced chicken on one side of sandwich roll. Drizzle with roasted pepper-sriracha aioli and top with pork meatballs.
-Layer other side of sandwich roll with cucumber, cilantro, jalapeno, and do chua.
-Close up sandwich and wrap tightly with parchment. Let sit for a few minutes to allow flavors to blend.
