How does this work?
The menu comes out on Thursday- take the weekend to decide if something sounds good! Place your order by 8pm on Sunday for delivery on Wednesday.
Where do you deliver?
We will deliver your food anywhere in the Wood River Valley on Wednesday afternoon. You do not need to be home/available to accept your delivery- I’m happy to leave it for you.
What do I do with my bag/ice pack?
Your order will be delivered in a Twisted Roots insulated cooler bag with an ice pack (as needed). In order to keep costs down, we ask that you leave these items out on the day of your next delivery for pick up. If you need the bag picked up sooner, please reach out and we can arrange another time.
Where is the menu?
The menu is available here. If you are not able to view it, you are likely trying to see it outside of the ordering period- I have to disable the store after the order cutoff to ensure no one orders after that. That said, if you’ve missed the order window, please message me personally- often I can accommodate most or all of an additional order!
What if I have dietary restrictions?
I am able to adapt many menu items to a variety of dietary restrictions. Please reach out directly, and we can discuss options.
What if I want to leave a tip?
First of all, Tipping is not required, but always greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, Squarespace does not allow tipping through the checkout process. However, I have created a Virtual Tip Jar as an item available for purchase. The price is set at $1.00 and you can add as many as you’d like.
Can you cater my party?
I am happy to discuss catering with you. Please contact me through the website and we can find the right menu for your event!
What do I do with all the packaging from my order?
We use as much recyclable, reusable, and/or compostable materials for our packaging. Please reuse or recycle anything you are able. Due to health codes, we are not able to accept any of our packaging for reuse. The glass bottles we use for salad dressings, lemonade concentrates, etc.. can be returned as we are able to properly sterilize them. If you would like to return them, just place them in your bag with your ice pack(s). You will then be emailed a promo code giving you $1.00 off for each bottle returned.
What if I don’t want to order every week?
We are here for whatever suits your family and life. If that means you order multiple items every week, that’s great. And if you order one item every now and again, that is wonderful too!
